Children's Day At My School -- A day of fun and joy !!

Children’s Day at our school is always the most exciting day of the year – and this year was no different! The moment we stepped into the school gate, we could already feel the excitement. Balloons were tied everywhere, colorful decorations filled the corridors, and we all had the biggest smiles on our faces.

Our teachers had been keeping everything a secret for weeks, so none of us knew what to expect. But that made it even more fun! The day started with a short assembly, but in the assembly our S.R.O sir explained what will happen throughout the day and told us a little about the programs he had planned for us.

After that, we had games on the school ground. There were so many to choose from – Three point contest , hot potato , put the ball in the bucket and many more. I joined the three point contest and enjoyed it very much as I won a tennis ball. The best part? Everyone got treats and enjoyed the day. We munched on some treats and juice while cheering for our friends.

Then came the most fun part of the day. This was one of my favorite parts! many teachers started dancing and among them my favourite was DN sir's dance .Then , One of my teacher, Mr.Aavash, sung many songs through the mike and everyone liked it . All the students as well as teacher's of our school started to dance with each other and it was very fun to watch. every student were playing games , dancing , singing and enjoying the day.

But the biggest surprise came when our principal announced that we didn’t have to attend any regular classes for the whole day. We screamed with joy! Instead, we got to play and dance the whole day. Me and my friendn's were showing each other the toys we won after playing the games , we were playing with the tennis balls and solving the rubik's cube we got. And after that we got tired and sat at a place talkind about the day.

At the end of the day, all the students and teachers were very happy and full of joy as every one of us got to experience a very exiting day , all the student's returned to their home afterward's.

Children’s Day is not just about having fun (though there’s lots of that!). It’s also a day when we feel truly special. Our teachers worked so hard to make it unforgettable for us, and we all appreciated it so much. We felt loved, celebrated, and happy – and that’s what Children’s Day is all about!

I already can’t wait for next year. I wonder what surprises our teachers will come up with then…
